HirmasBio

Alejandro Hirmas is a Tinbergen MPhil/PhD Student at CREED under the supervision of Jan Engelmann. He studied Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile (PUC) and received an MSc in Economics from Tilburg University. His research interests focus on Individual Decision Making and Learning and in his experiments he uses an interdisciplinary approach drawing upon methods from Economics and Neuroscience. A main goal of Alejandro’s research is the development of computational models (RL, DDM) that bridge the gap between Economics and Computational Neuroscience.
